Any product deemed to be defective by Wings West and returned to Wings West within the stated warranty period of "Lifetime" will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Wings West.
Wings West does not assume any financial responsibility for the actual costs incurred for, the removal and replacement labor, paint or repainting, freight costs, rental car expense if any, nor for any incidental expenses or consequential damages that may be incurred.
