Thank you for purchasing from Bodykitz!  We wish you a pleasant buying experience, to assist you in your purchase we ask that you read our terms and conditions as there is some important information, especially regarding shipping. Most orders will typically be processed, compiled and shipped out within 3-4 business days, however some special order items may take longer, please look at the individual item information for a better idea of when your product will leave the warehouse. For an estimate on freight time to your location after your item ships out, click here. Certain items may be out of stock or on back order. In the case an item is not directly in stock in our shipping warehouse or from our distribution outlets, an email will be sent to you notifying you. Orders are not deemed active until funds are recieved, until then orders are considered pending. Body Kitz (Body-kitz.com and Carbon-Fiber-Hoods.com, hereinafter referred to as "Vendor") reserves the right to cancel any orders.




Important: Your package is inspected and insured prior to shipment, however you MUST inspect your package upon receipt for any shipping damage in order to qualify for a claim. Do not accept a package until all pieces have been inspected. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. The freight line is responsible for the package up until the time it is signed over to you or your consignee, if the package is signed for and damage is found at a later time we will be unable to file a claim for it. Please follow these guidelines:

  1. All packages must be inspected in the presence of the driver.
  2. In the event that the driver does not let you do this, notify the driver that he must note it on the bill of lading that he did not allow you to inspect the item and contact us.
  3. All shipments are quality checked 3 times before leaving, please never judge a package by looking at the box condition. Damaged packages often occur  
  4. To get any type of credit, replacement or reimbursement, the damage must be noted on the bill of lading and refused so that we may be able to file a claim for you. If damage is not noted, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim.
  5. Customer must verify that you have provided correct shipping/contact information on your email confirmation. Once a shipment has left the warehouse, customer is responsible for any address change charges, re-shipping or freight line storage fees due to address/contact errors. Conversely, Bodykitz will be responsible for any fees incurred for an error on our end. Lastly, order confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the address provided. If you have not recieved an order confirmation, contact us so that we may forward a copy to you at the correct email address.
  6. Do not refuse a shipment for any other reason other than shipping damages. For general returns, incorrect items or defective items; customer must first obtain a return authorization prior to return, please see below.


Warranty/ Liability Disclaimer-

All products sold by Vendor are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Vendor is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the department of transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/ highway use. We disclaim any liability from the removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle. Professional installation of body kits and body related parts i.e. hoods, fenders, grills etc is highly recommended. Hood pins are highly recommended for aftermarket hoods. Vendor is not responsible for any items damaged during installation. Vendor is not liable for typographical errors on websites or for misinformation supplied by manufacturers. All products sold by Vendor are sold “as is” to the customer with no warranty expressed or implied. Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain product lines, please contact manufacturer directly for product warranty policy. Photos used are for illustrational purpose and often use vehicles that have been highly modified for show or racing use,

Installation Of Aerodynamics-

All aerodynamics are manufactured with FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) unless specified ABS, carbon fiber or (poly)urethane. Due to the material used in FRP production, most body kits will not be a direct bolt-on. These body parts may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the bumper support. . FRP parts are finished with a smooth gel coat however small blemishes such as minors scuffs or scratches may be present, these are typical and get sanded out during preparation. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit.  Body kits off by extreme margins may be considered for replacement, see return policy.

Carbon Fiber Material-

Carbon fiber products are hand crafted and laid with a high grade carbon fiber and no two items will be exactly the same. Due to the nature of carbon fiber material, very minor imperfections in the clear coat or fabric/pattern laying process may occur; these are not structural and will not affect the integrity of the hood and are considered normal. Bodykitz uses high end carbon manufacturers (Seibon, VIS, etc), and although all items are inspected prior to shipment, any carbon fiber products that may present structural defects or extreme pattern blemishes may be considered for replacement at manufacturer discretion, see return policy below.

Return Policy -

REPLACEMENT OF INCORRECT ITEMS: If we have shipped you an incorrect item we will replace it for you with no shipping charges, please inspect your items upon receipt. You must notify us within 7 calandar days of delivery of your product by filling out our Return Authorization Form. An associate will follow up with you by Email and request a photo of the incorrect items to be emailed to us.

GENERAL RETURNS: You may return any common stock items for a refund, credit or exchange by completing our Return Authorization Form within 7 calandar days of delivery. These include 3D Carbon, AIT Racing, Bodykitz Preferred Brand, Carbon Creations, D2, Eibach Springs/Sway Bars, Extreme Dimensions, Grip Tuning, RK Sport, Razzi, TC Sportline, VFiber, Vision Autodynamics. Shipping of our products is incorporated in to the pricing of our catalog items however shipping is handled by a third party therefore shipping costs to and from are non refundable. Any general returns will be credited with the purchase price minus any shipping fees. Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been mounted, altered, damaged or used in any way.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: These lines include Aerofunction, Agency Power, AEM, Ark Performance, B-Magic, Eibach, Injen, Greddy, Seibon, Tanabe, VIS Racing or any built to order items. Shipping of our products is incorporated in to the pricing of our catalog items however shipping is handled by a third party therefore shipping costs to and from are non refundable. Any general returns on special order items will be credited with the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee and any shipping fees. Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been mounted, altered, damaged or used in any way

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS: Non Refundable Lines Include: Apexi, APR Performance, Buddyclub, Chargespeed, Ings+, JP Vizage, K-Sport, Origin, Rieger, Takeda, Wings West, Vertical Doors.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Items are inspected thoroughly before shipment however occasionally an item may be found to be defective. Items deemed defective or body kits off by extreme margins as certified by a qualified installer may be considered for replaced at the manufacturers discretion. This does not include damage from shipping (See "Shipping" above). Please complete our Return Authorization Form within 7 calandar days of reciept of your items. An associate will follow up with you by Email and request a photos of the defective item. Due to prior cases of improper storage, handling or fraud we ask that all Return Authorization Forms for any reason must be completed within 7 calandar days of receipt, no exceptions. Note on International Shipments: All sales are final for orders shipping outside the continental USA.

Shipping rates for general returns are: $145 per way for hoods, trunks, body kits, large items to or from a commercial address (add $30 for residential). Smaller items such as spoilers, lips, intakes, please call for a custom quote.
